GARVEE Vehicle Positioning Dolly Set of Two Car Skates with Swivel Castors for Garage Movement
The simple, robust solution for moving vehicles in tight workshop spaces.
GARVEE Vehicle Positioning Dolly Set of Two Car Skates with Swivel Castors for Garage Movement
Reclaim your garage space and gain ultimate control over vehicle positioning with the GARVEE Car Dolly Set. This heavy duty pair is engineered to allow one person to effortlessly spin, roll, and manoeuvre cars and light vans into the tightest spots, making it an essential tool for body shops, mechanics, and car enthusiasts with limited floor area.
Unmatched Precision in Tight Spaces
Instantly Gain Mobility
Once the wheels are placed on the dollies, the friction between the tyres and the floor is eliminated, allowing for silent, smooth movement of heavy vehicles without the need for intense pushing or pulling.
Ideal for Storage and Restoration
Perfect for long term storage applications or classic car restoration projects, these skates allow you to push non running or "rolling chassis" vehicles safely out of the way, freeing up valuable workspace.
Maximum Stability and Control
The wide base and low profile design ensure the vehicle remains stable while mounted. The precision castors allow for minute adjustments, guaranteeing accurate placement every single time.
Four 360° swivel castors on each unit ensure effortless diagonal and lateral movement.
Heavy Duty Reliability
Forget cheap plastic solutions. The GARVEE Dollies are built using heavy gauge steel that is designed not just to hold weight, but to endure the dynamic stresses of vehicle movement. The durable powder coating protects the frame from corrosion, oil, and workshop chemicals, ensuring a long service life.
Move vehicles sideways or at angles to fit more cars or machinery into your space.
Tips for Safe Vehicle Movement
For safe operation, we strongly recommend using a full set of four dollies for complete control and weight distribution across the entire vehicle, although this set of two is excellent for pivoting one end. Always ensure the vehicle's handbrake is OFF and the gearbox is in Neutral (or Park for automatics) before attempting to place the wheels onto the skates. Use a reliable floor jack to lift the axle and place the dollies securely beneath the tyres one by one.
Details
- These specialised positioning dollies allow a single person to easily lift and roll a vehicle sideways, diagonally, or into tight corners, solving the common problem of limited space in garages or showrooms.
- Built from rugged, structural steel with a durable, powder coated finish, each dolly is designed to safely support a significant portion of a vehicle's weight, ensuring dependable long term use in professional settings.
- Provided as a matched pair, this set is ideal for quickly lifting either the front or rear axle, allowing the vehicle to pivot or be moved precisely, offering greater flexibility than basic roller systems.
- Four Smooth Rolling 360° Swivel Castors Per Dolly: Each car skate is equipped with four high quality, low profile castors that rotate a full 360 degrees. This heavy duty design ensures smooth, non binding movement across concrete workshop floors.
- The flat, reinforced top surface includes a secure, slightly raised edge or indentation designed to cradle the vehicle's tyre, preventing accidental rolling or slippage when the dolly is under load.
